RESOLUTION 91- 582
APPROVING RESIDENTIAL PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT
AMENDMENT FOR RON SPLETT CONSTRUCTION FOR JOHN SPLETT (91069) (RPUD 76-3)
WHEREAS, Ron Splett Construction for John Splett has requested approval of a
Planned Unit Development Plan and Conditional Use Permit amendment to
construct a 14 foot by 18 foot three season porch in "Cimarron Ponds" for
property located at 1160 Black Oaks Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Ron
Splett Construction for John Splett for a Planned Unit Development Plan and
Conditional Use Permit amendment to construct a 14 foot by 18 foot three
season porch in "Cimarron Ponds" for property located at 1160 Black Oaks Lane,
subject to the following findings and conditions:
I. No other amendments or variances are granted or implied.
2. All applicable requirements of the City and State Building Codes shall be
implemented and enforced; no Code requirements are waived by this
approval.
3. The granting of the permit is responsive to criteria of the Zoning
Ordinance for Conditional Use Permits and PUD Plans.
Adopted by the City Council on October 7, 1991.
