RESOLUTION 91-581
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT AND SITE PLAN AMENDMENT FOR SELECT METALS

WHEREAS, Select Metals has requested approval for a Conditional Use Permit for
outside storage and a Site Plan Amendment to construct a 74 foot by 23 foot
area enclosed by a combination of existing building and an 8 foot fence, for
property located 14920 26th Avenue North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Select Metals for a Conditional Use Permit for outside storage and a Site Plan
Amendment to construct a 74 foot by 23 foot area enclosed by a combination of
existing building and an 8 foot fence, for property located 14920 26th Avenue
North, subject to the following conditions:
1. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement
for completion of site improvements within 60 days of the date of this
Resolution.
2. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
3. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and
fire lanes.
4. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the enclosure. +
Adopted by the City Council on October 7, 1991.
