HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-577CITY OF PLYMOUTH RESOLUTION 91-57 APPROVING AMENDED SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL PERMIT FOR VER -TECH, INC. FOR OUTDOOR STORAGE (91048) WHEREAS, Ver -Tech, Inc. has requested approval for an Amended Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit for outdoor storage for property located at the southeast corner of Medina Road and Vicksburg Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Ver -Tech, Inc. for an Amended Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit for outdoor storage for property located at the southeast corner of Medina Road and Vicksburg Lane, subject to the following conditions: 1. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Performance Agreement for completion of site improvements within 60 days of the date of this resolution. 2. Any signage shall be in compliance with the Ordinance. 3. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and approvals per Ordinance provisions. 4. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and fire lanes. 5. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within an enclosure. 6. An 8h x 11 inch "As Built" Fire Protection Plan shall be submitted prior to the release or reduction of any site improvement bonds per City Policy. 7. The outside storage approved by this Conditional Use Permit replaces 5 required parking spaces. The Conditional Use Permit may be voided by the City of Plymouth upon a finding that the parking spaces are required. Adopted by the City Council on October 7, 1991.
