RESOLUTION NO. 91-574
PLYMOUTH CHARTER COMMISSION - 1991 BUDGET REQUEST
WHEREAS, the Plymouth Charter Commission has been established;
and
WHEREAS, the Commission at its August 26, 1991 meeting has
requested that the City Council appropriate $3,543 to finance its
operations for the balance of 1991; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed this request.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the request of the Plymouth
Charter Commission for $3,543 to finance its activities for the
balance of 1991 is hereby approved in accordance with Minnesota
Statutes Section 410.06; and
FURTHER, that this appropriation will be financed from the City's
contingency reserve account.
Adopted by the City Council on October 7, 1991.
