RZSOLUTION NO. 91-S71
APPROVING OFF -SALE 3.2 LIQUOR LICENSE FOR
GATEWAY FOODS, INC.
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale 3.2
liquor license from Gateway Foods, Inc., d/b/a Rainbow Foods, for
the premises at 4190 Vinewood Lane; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and
finds no reason to deny the license; and
WHEREAS, following required published and posted notice, the City
Council conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny
the license.
NOW THEREFORE, HE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that an off -sale 3.2 liquor license is hereby approved
for Gateway Foods, Inc., d/b/a Rainbow Foods, 4190 Vinewood Lane,
for the period of October 8, 1991, through June 30, 1992.
Adopted by the City Council on October 7, 1991.
