RZSOLDTION NO. 91- 570
APPROVING ON -SALE 3.2 LIQUOR
LICENSE FOR CHIN YUNG CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an on -sale 3.2
liquor license from Chin Yung Corporation for the premises at
10820 Highway 55; and
WHEREAS, the Police Department has conducted an investigation and
finds no reason to deny the license; and
WHEREAS, following required published and posted notice, the City
Council conducted a public hearing and finds no reason to deny
the license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that an on -sale 3.2 liquor license is hereby approved
for Chin Yung Corporation, 10820 Highway 55, for the period
October 8, 1991, through January 31, 1992.
Adopted by the City Council on October 7, 1991.
