RESOLUTION NO. 91-562
SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON OFF -SALE 3.2
LICENSE APPLICATION
OF GATEWAY FOODS, INC., D/B/A RAINBOW FOODS
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for an off -sale 3.2
license from Gateway Foods, Inc., d/b/a Rainbow Foods for the
premises at 4190 Vinewood Lane; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Code provides that a public hearing is
required for the issuance of a new liquor license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that a public hearing is hereby established for 7:00
p.m. on October 7, 1991, to consider the application of Gateway
Foods Inc., d/b/a Rainbow Foods, 4190 Vinewood Lane, for an off -
sale 3.2 liquor license.
Adopted by the City Council on September 16, 1991.
