RESOLUTION NO. 91-561
SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON ON -SALE 3.2 AND WINE
LICENSE APPLICATIONS
OF CHIN YUNG CORPORATION
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for on -sale 3.2 and
Wine licenses from Chin Hung Corporation for the premises at
10820 Highway 55; and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Code provides that a public hearing is
required for the issuance of a new liquor license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that a public hearing is hereby established for 7:00
p.m. on October 7, 1991, to consider the application of Chin Yung
Corporation for on -sale 3.2 and wine liquor licenses.
Adopted by the City Council on September 16, 1991.
