RESOLUTION NO. 91-S60
SETTING PUBLIC HEARING ON ON -SALE AND SUNDAY
INTOXICATING LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATIONS
OF CHILI'S OF MINNESOTA INC.
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for on -sale and
Sunday intoxicating liquor licenses from Chili's of Minnesota
Inc., for the premises at Lot 4, Block 2, Rockford Road Plaza;
and
WHEREAS, the Plymouth City Code provides that a public hearing is
required for the issuance of a new liquor license.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that a public hearing is hereby established for 7:00
p.m. on October 21, 1991, to consider the application of Chili's
of Minnesota, Inc., Lot 4, Block 2, Rockford Road Plaza, for on -
sale and Sunday intoxicating liquor licenses.
Adopted by the City Council on September 16, 1991.
