RESOLUTION NO. 91-556
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
TEMPORARY STREET EASEMENTS OVER LOTS 20 AND 22, BLOCK 2 AND
LOT 11, BLOCK 4 HERITAGE WOODS ESTATES SECOND ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, CSM Corporation has petitioned the
City Council for the vacation of the following temporary street
easements:
A temporary easement for roadway purposes over, under, and
across Lot 20, Block 2, Heritage Woods Estates Second
Addition.
Also a temporary roadway easement for roadway purposes over
and across the easterly 15 feet of Lot 22, Block 2, Heritage
Woods Estates Second Addition.
Also, a temporary roadway easement for roadway purposes over,
under, and across that part of Lot 11, Block 4, Heritage
Woods Estates Second Addition which lies northerly of a line
described as commencing at the northwest corner of said Lot
11; thence south 69 degrees 36 minutes 43 seconds east,
record bearing, along the northerly line thereof 56.56 feet
to the point of beginning of the line to be described; thence
north 86 degrees OG minutes 12 seconds west 57.46 feet to a
point on the west line of said Lot 11, distant 16.28 feet
southerly of said northwest corner and said line there
terminating
Also a temporary easement for roadway purposes over, under,
and across the westerly 15 feet of the southerly 80 feet of
Lot 11, Block 4, Heritage Woods Estates Second Addition all
according to the recorded plat thereof on file in the office
of the County Recorder, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the
same to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date
of October 21, 1991 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City
Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public
hearing of said petition and directs the administrative staff to publish
notice of said hearing as provided by law.
