Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-404
WHEREAS, John Wenner, Hamel, Minnesota requested an Off Sale Liquor
License to be located at Highways 11101 and 1155.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: APPROVING THE OFF SALE LIQUOR LICENSE APPLICATION FROM

j JOHN WENNER TO BE LOCATED AT HIGHWAYS 11101 AND 1155, SUBJECT TO THE SATISFACTORY
COMPLETION OF A LIQUOR STORE BUILDING IN ACCORDANCE WITH ALL APPLICABLE VILLAGE
I( CODES.
f The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
i seconded by Councilman Johnson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the
I
follovring voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hxlde. Councilmen Hints, Humphrey,
and Johnson, and the following voted against: Councilman VIndseth.
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the'duly qualified and acting Llerk-
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, -Minnesota, hereby cer<Ify

of the minutes of a regular„meeting of Lite Village Council of said
Village held November 3, 1969, with the original thereof on file
in my office and the same is a full, true and .complete transcript
therefrom.
