RESOLUTION NO. 91-547
RECEIVING PRELIMINARY 1XPORT AND CALL FOR HEARING ON IMPROVEMENTS
1992 STREET RECONSTRUCTION PROGRAM
CITY PROJECT NO. 201
WHEREAS, pursuant to a resolution of the Council adopted August 5, 1991, a
report has been prepared by Short, Elliott, Hendrickson, Inc. with respect
to certain streets in Maintenance Districts 1, 2, 8 and 9 as designated in
the 1991 Pavement Management Bi -Annual Update; and
WHEREAS, the proposed project includes the reconstruction of streets by
the installation of bituminous pavement, concrete curb and gutter, storm
sewer, and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, said report is being received by the Council on September 16,
1991.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. The Council will consider the improvement of such
project in accordance with the report and the
assessment of abutting and adjacent property within the
designated 1992 Street Program area for a portion of
the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota
Statutes 429.011 to 429.111 (Laws 1953, Chapter 398, as
amended) at an estimated total cost of the improvement
of $2,701,340.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed
improvement on the 21st day of October, 1991 in the
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center at 3400
Plymouth Boulevard at 7:00 p.m., and the Clerk shall
give mailed and published notice of such hearing and
improvements as required by law.
