AUTHORIZING EXTENSION OF SITE PERFORMANCE AGREEMENT FOR LYMAN LUMBER COMPANY

WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Parkview Ridge 2nd and 3rd Additions was approved
under City Council Resolution 90-500; and,
WHEREAS, the developer has not completed the development prior to the October
31, 1991 completion date set by the Site Improvement Performance Agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the one year
extension of the Site Improvement Performance Agreement for Parkview Ridge 2nd
and 3rd Additions for a new completion date of October 31, 1992.
Adopted by the City Council on September 16, 1991.
