RESOLUTION 91-544
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR SCOVILLE PRESS LOCATED
AT 14505 -27TH AVENUE NORTH (82062)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for Donald C. Wildman for Scoville Press was approved
under City Council Resolution 85-664; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a Performance Bond in the amount of $72,000; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the Performance Bond No. 686F958-6 in the amount of $72,000, which was
submitted to guarantee site improvements for Scoville Press.
Adopted by the City Council on September 16, 1991.
