RESOLUTION 91-S41
APPROVING AMENDED SITE PLAN FOR HONEYWELL, INC. FOR THE INSTALLATION OF A
COOLING TOWER AT THE EXISTING FACILITY AT 12001 STATE HIGHWAY 55 (91050)
WHEREAS, Honeywell, Inc. has requested approval for an Amended Site Plan for
the installation of a cooling tower on property located at 12001 State Highway
55; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request Uy
Honeywell, Inc. for an Amended Site Plan for the installation of a cooling
tower on property located at 12001 State Highway 55; subject to the following
conditions:
I. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
2. Compliance with the Ordinance regarding the location of fire hydrants and
fire lanes.
3. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances,
and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
4. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner.
5. The cooling tower shall be operated -t a percentage of capacity that, in
conjunction with all other mechanical equipment on the premises will
ensure compliance with all applicable Minnesota Pollution Control Agency
noise standards for residential areas.
