RESOLUTION 91-540
APPROVING AMENDED SITE PLAN FOR TYSON ARCHITECTS, INC. FOR U.S. WEST (91066)
WHEREAS, Tyson Architects, Inc. for U.S. West has requested approval of a Site
Plan Amendment for a trash enclosure for property located at 4120 Fernbrook
Lane North; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request and recommends
approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Tyson Architects, Inc. for U.S. West for a Site Plan Amendment for a trash
Enclosure for property located at 412u Fernbrook Lane North, subject to the
following conditions:
1. Submission of required financial guarantee and Site Pericrmance Agreement
for completion of site improvements within 12 months of the date of this
resolution.
2. Any subsequent phases or expansions are subject to required reviews and
approvals per Ordinance provisions.
3. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within the enclosure, and
no outside storage is permitted.
Adopted by the City Council on September 16, 1991.
