Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of
the Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
27th day of October , 19 69 . The following members were present:
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Humphrey
The following members were absent: Councilman Kindseth .
Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoptions
RESOLUTION NO. 69-402
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE
VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: tUTHORIZING THE TREASURER TO PAY THE REAL EXTATE TAX
1ND PREPAY BALANCE OF ASSESSMENTS FROM SANITARY SEWER OPERATING FUND TO THE
SINKING FUND TO LIQUIDATE LIEN AGAINST THE &lP WATER SYSTEM PROPERTY, PLAT
44352, PARCEL 6820.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Humphrey , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilde. Councilmen Hintz.
Johnson and Humphrey , and the following voted
against: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting Clerk -
Administrator of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify
that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract
of the minutes of a special meeting of the Village Council of
said Village held October 27 , 19 69 , with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
