RESOLUTION NO. 91-529
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF RESOLUTION NO. 91- 528
VACATING A DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT WITHIN
PARCEL 15-118-22-22-0011 (FERNBROOK TOWNHOMES)
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized the vacation of a drainage and
utility easement within Parcel 15-118-22-22-0011 by Resolution No. 91- 528.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That said resolution shall not be filed with the
County until:
1. The final plat of Fernbrook Townhomes Addition is filed
with Hennepin County.
Adopted by the City Council on September 16, 1991.
