RESOLUTION NO. 91-528
AUTHORIZING THE VACATION OF DRAINAGE AND UTILITY EASEMENT
PARCEL 15-118-22-22-0011
WHEREAS. a petition was received to vacate a certain drainage and utility easement in
Parcel 15-118-22-22-0011; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing with respect to said vacation was scheduled for September 16,
1991 in accordance with Minnesota Statutes 412.851 as amended; and
WHEP.EAS. a notice of publication of said hearing was published and posted two weeks
prior to the meeting of September 16. 1991; and
WHEREAS, all property owners adjacent to the proposed vacation were duly notified by
mail; and
WHEREAS, the Council did hold a public hearing on September 16, 1991 to inform any and
all interested parties relevant to the vacation of a certain drainage and utility
easement in Parcel 15-118-22-22-0011; and
WHEREAS, it was determined by the City Council that said easements were not needed for
public purposes.
NOW. THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the following drainage and utility easement within the Northeast 1/4
of Northwest 1/4 of Northwest 1/4 of Section 15. Also South 40 feet of Southwest 1/4
of Southwest 1/4 of Section 10 except road be vacated:
A permanent drainage and utility easement over, under and across
the South 6.0 feet of the West 660.33 feet of the Southerly 40.0
feet of the South half of the Southwest 1/4 of the Southwest
1/4, Section 10, Township 118, Range 22, Hennepin County,
Minnesota.
Together with a permanent utility and drainage easement over,
under and across the West 6.0 feet of the Northeast 1/4 of the
Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 15, Township 118,
Range 22, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
Adopted by the City Council on September 16, 1991
