RESOLUTION NO. 91-525
DECLARING A NATURAL PRESERVE
WHEREAS, Plymouth City Code Section 810.03, Subdivision 2
provides that the City Council may declare private properties as
natural preserves; and
WHEREAS, a request has been received from Bob and Carol Aakhus,
10400 31st Ave. N., to declare a portion of their property as a
natural preserve; and
WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the declaration of a natural
preserve for a portion of this lot is appropriate by virtue of
the steep grade elevation and the adjacent natural areas to this
parcel.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should, and hereby does,
declare a portion of the property at 10400 31st Ave. N. as
identified in the staff report materials dated August 27, 1991;
and
FURTHER, that the Need Inspector is directed to record this
declaration in his official record.
