RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
9TH AVENUE/RANCHVIEW LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 947
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on September 4, 1991, the City
Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost of the
following improvements:
9th Ave. - Ranchview Lane east to cul-de-sac near Shenandoah Lane
Ranchview Lane - 7th Avenue to 9th Avenue
by the installation of bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter, trunk
and lateral storm sewer and all necessary appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed asses int has
been completed and filed in the office of the City Clerk fo. public
inspection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 7th day of Ocotber, 1991 in the City
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and
at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such
improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to
such assessment.
Z. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at
least two weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice the
total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice
to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
