RESOLUTION AWARDING BID
15TH AVENUE - NORTH OF SOUTH SHORE DRIVE
CITY PROJECT NO. 945
WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the 15th Avenue - north of South
Shore Drive Project, bids were received, opened, and tabulated according to law, and
the following bids were received complying with the advertisement:

Talberg Lawn & Landscape, Inc. $ 27,988.00
Valley Paving 28,664.75
Bituminous Consulting 6 Contracting 30,476.75
Aiber Construction 30,750.00
Driveway Design, Inc. 31,320.00
WHEREAS, it appears that Talberg Lawn & Landscape, Inc. is the lowest responsible
bidder, complying with the minimum specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA:
1. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter
into the attached contract with Talberg Lawn and Landscape, Inc. in
the name of the City of Plymouth for 15th Avenue - north of South
Shore Drive Project according to the plans and specifications
therefore approved by the City Council and on file in the office of
the City Clerk in the amount of the low bid of $27,988.00.
2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to return forthwith
to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the
deposits of the successful bidder and the next lowest bidder shall be
retained until a contract has been signed.
