PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING EXPANSION PROJECT
FUELING FACILITY
CITY PROJECT NO. 009
WHEREAS, in accordance with Federal Environmental Protection Agency (EPA)
regulations, the existing fueling facility at the Public Works maintenance
building will need to be replaced to bring it in compliance with current
Federal regulations by December 31. 1993; and
WHEREAS, there will be a cost savings if the facility is replaced along with
the current expansion project; and
WHEREAS, previous funding for the replacement of the facility has not been
authorized by the City Council.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That replacement of the existing fueling facility is
authorized in order to bring it in compliance with EPA regulations, and
funding for the project in the amount of $120,000 is established from the
Equipment Fund Reserve (602-602).
