RESOLUTION NO. 91- 513
AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT TO DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR
BRIDLEWOOD FARM ADDITION FOR U.S. HOMES CORP. (90028)
WHEREAS, U.S. Homes Corporation has requested an amendment to the
development contract for Bridlewood Farm Addition relative to special
assessments and the property which they will be levied against; and
WHEREAS, the final plat and development contract as well as conditions
relative to the final plat were approved by the City Council on July 1,
1991 under Resolutions 91-354 and 91-355 respectively; and
WHEREAS, information submitted by the petitioner under cover of an
August 21, 1991 letter has been reviewed by the City staff and by the
City Attorney who recommend approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should and hereby does approve the request
by U.S. Homes Corporation to authorize amendment of the development
contract for Bridlewood Farm Addition as follows:
1. Item 8.3 of the development contract shall be amended to
include an additional $231,240 of sewer and water area
assessments. Also, a condition added that no assessments
will be against Outlots A, B, and H.
