RESOLUTION 91-508
APPROVING FINAL PLAT AND DEVELOPMENT CONTRACT FOR JAMES AND CORINNE GUDDAL FOR
PROPERTY LOCATED AT 4465 VICKSBURG LANE (90087)
WHEREAS, James and Corinne Guddal have requested approval for a Final Plat and
Development Contract for 3 lots on 1.28 Acres, located at 4465 Vicksburg Lane;
and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it hereby does approve the request by James and
Corinne Guddal for a Final Plat and Development Contract for a 3 -lot plat on
1.28 Acres, located at 4465 Vicksburg Lane.
FURTHER, that the Development Contract for said plat be approved, and that the
Mayor and City Manager be authorized to execute the Development Contract on
behalf of the City.
Approved by the City Council on September 4, 1991.
