Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he on the 4th day
of September , 19 91 The following members were present:
Manr Berg=. Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: _ None
Councilmember 7itur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91- 507
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR BERSHIRE LANE LIMITED
PARTNERSHIP FOR THE NEW HORIZON DAYCARE CENTER (90030)
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for New Horizon Daycare Center (Lot 1, Block 1, Plymouth
Office Commercial Park) was approved under City Council Resolution 90-336;
and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a cash deposit in the amount of $11,500; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the cash deposit in the amount of $11,500, which was submitted to guarantee
site improvements for New Horizon Daycare Center.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
bycilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the toll—owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Beronan, Councilmembers
Helliwell_ icker. Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted–against or abstained None
