Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regglar meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day
of September 19 91 The following members were present:
Ma or Ber anCouncilmembers Helliwell Ricker Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker _ introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91-506
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR TREE PRESERVATION FOR
OPUS CORPORATION (89061)
WHEREAS, a the City Council approved the Final Plat and Development Contract
for the Bass Lake Business Park by Resolution 90-357 on June 18, 1990; and,
WHEREAS, the Development Contract provided for a Tree Preservation Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the developer provided a financial guarantee in the amount of $30,925
to secure execution of the tree preservation plan; and,
WHEREAS, the City Forester has certified the developer has complied with the
tree preservation plan, and he now recommends release of the financial
guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize and direct the
release of the financial guarantee for tree preservation fnr Bass Creek
Business Park in the amount of $30,925.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Ricker and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mavor Beronan_ Councilmembers
The following votW against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
