RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION
OF
PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the
27th day of October, 1969.
The following members were present: Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz,
Johnson and Humphrey. The following member was absent: Councilman
Kindseth.
Hayor'Hilde introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
t RESOLUTION NO. 69-400
WHEREAS, it is proposed to connect to the Minneapolis sewer system.

1 NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF

PLYMOUTH:

i That the proposed sewer hook up be referred to the Engineer
I Consultant, Otto Bonestroo, for study and that he is instructed to
ti
report to the Council with all convenient speed, advise the Council
in a preliminary way with plans and specifications and estimated cost
of said sewer hook up.

l The motion was seconded by Councilman Humphrey and upon vote being
�! taken thereon, the following voted in favor of the motion:
Ir
Mayor Hilde, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Humphrey. No one voted
against.
Whereupon the motion was declared duly passed and adopted.

I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified and acting clerk of the
Village of Plymouth, Minnesota, hereby certify that I have carefully
�( compared the foregoing extract of minutes of a special meeting of the
Village Council of said Village held October 27, 1969, with the original
thereof on file in my office and the same is a full, true and complete
transcript therefrom.
