Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a refular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day
Of Septembor19 9�1_ The following members were present:

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91-504
APPROVING CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR PEPPERMINT FENCE PRESCHOOL/PLYMOUTH
COVENANT CHURCH (91072)
WHEREAS, Peppermint Fence Preschool /Plymouth Covenant Church has requested
approval for a Conditional Use Permit to operate a Preschool in a portion of
the church building at 4300 Vicksburg Lane; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called
Public Hearing and recommends approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by
Peppermint Fence Preschool/Plymouth Covenant Church for a Conditional Use
Permit to operate a Preschool in a portion of the church building at 4300
Vicksburg Lane, subject to the following conditions:
1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances,
and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation.
2. The permit is issued to Peppermint Fence Preschool/Plymouth Covenant
Church for a Preschool at Plymouth Covenant Church and shall not be
transferable.
3. The preschool operation shall be licensed by the State per State
regulations, and the current copy of the State license shall be kept on
file with the City.
4. Portable playground equipment shall be stored during off -hours, and the
playground area shall be kept in a neat and sanitary manner.
5. The playground area shall be secured from unauthorized access during hours
when the church premises are not occupied, subject to applicable Fire Code
requirements.
6. The permit shall expire on June 1, 1992, or upon the relocation of
Peppermint Fence Preschool to St. Philip the Deacon Church, whichever
occurs first.
The motion for adoption of tF+:� foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Counc'lmember Ricker and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell,
ryas , and Zitur
Thefollowing voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
