HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-501CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day of S=temhe 19 91 The following members were present: T1a or Beronan. CoMmilmem rs Helliwell, Ricker, Vasilion, and Zitur The following members were absent: Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 91- 501 APPROVING HOME OCCUPATION CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR ROBERT WALZ FOR A TRAVEL AGENCY AT 9600 -17TH AVENUE NORTH (91061) WHEREAS, Robert Walz has requested a Home Occupation Conditional Use Permit for a travel agency for property located at 9600 -17th Avenue North; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Robert Walz for a Home Occupation Conditional Use Permit for a travel agency for property located at 9600 -17th Avenue North, subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and Ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The permit is issued to Robert Walz as operator of the facility and shall not be transferable. 3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner. 4. There shall be no signage allowed on the property relative to the use. 5. There shall be no outside display, sales, or storage of merchandise or related materials. 6. The permit shall be renewed annually to assure compliance with the conditions. 7. Compliance with applicable Building and Fire Code requirements shall be verified by the City prior to permit issuance. 8. All parking shall be off-street in areas which comply with the Zoning Ordinance. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilmemher Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker Vasiliou and Zitur The following voted against or abstained None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passu and -adopted.
