HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1991-500CITY OF PLYMOUTH Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the 4th day Ofy �r1991 The following members were present: Theo ow ng Members were absent: None introduced the following Resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION 91- 500 APPROVING AMENDED SITE PLAN AND CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR GRAYBOW DANIELS (91058) WHEREAS, Graybow Daniels has requested approval for an amended Site Plan and a Conditional Use Permit for outdoor storage for property located at 2400 Xenium Lane; and, WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed said request at a duly called Public Hearing and recommends approval; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the request by Graybow Daniels for an amended Site Plan and Conditional Use Permit for outdoor storage for property located at 2400 Xenium Lane, subject to the following conditions: 1. The permit is subject to all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances, and violation thereof shall be grounds for revocation. 2. The permit is issued to Graybow Daniels for outdoor storage and shall not be transferable. 3. The site shall be maintained in a sanitary manner including the continuous maintenance and repair of all fence and screening. 4. All waste and waste containers shall be stored within approved designated areas. 5. The permit shall be renewed annually to assure compliance with the conditions. 6. All parking shall be offstreet in designated areas which comply with the Zoning Ordinance. (see next page) Resolution No. 91-500 Page Two File 91058 7. The Conditional Use Permit is for outdoor storage on portions of the site that would be required for offstreet parking should use of the building be changed from 180,000 square feet of warehousing in the future. Any change of use in the portion of the building designated for warehouse resulting in a more intensive use shall invalidate the Conditional Use Permit for outdoor storage. A revised plan shall then be submitted that shows additional parking in lieu of same or all of the outdoor storage. 8. Screening of outdoor storage hereby approved shall be by use of commercial grade slats installed the the existing chain link fence. The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded byand upon vote being taken thereon, the o owing voted in favor thereof: Mayor Berman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Vacil- %ainst Zitur Theo owing voted or abstained None Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
