Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of August
1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell
and Ricker
The following members were absent: Councilmembers Vasilio: and 7itur
Councilmember Helliwell introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-488
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 1
PUBLIC WORKS BUILDING EXPANSION
CITY PROJECT NO. 009
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 has been prepared providing for an 11 day extension of the
completion date for the project; and
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 1 for the Public Works Building Expansion Project, City
Project No. 009, is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; That Change Order No. 1 for the Public Works Building Expansion, City
Project No. 009, is approved extending the completion date by 11 days.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cou ci_lmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: .Mayor Berman, Councilmembers Helliwell and Ricker ,

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
