HomeMy WebLinkAboutCity Council Resolution 1969-398i� a jt VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH ri Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a special meeting of the village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 27th day of October, 1969. The following members were present: } Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Humphrey. The following .i member was absent: Councilman,Kindoeth. Ij Councilman Johnson introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 69-398 WHEREAS, this resolution rescinds Resolution No. 69-378. NOW THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF PLYMOUTH: Engineer Otto Bonestroo 6 AssociatesInhereby directed to proceed to blacktop all the prepared roads in Meadowood Addition and that said assessment on Meadowood Addition be $19.00 per foot for sanitary sever, water and street restoration, Project #68-11. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by Councilman Humphrey, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mayor Hilda, Councilmen Hintz, Johnson and Humphrey.
