Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 19th day of August ,
1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell ,
and Ricker
The following members were absent: Councilmembers Vasiliou and Zitur
Councilmember Helliwell introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-483
APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4
COUNTY ROAD 9/COUNTY ROAD 101 TRUNK WATERMAIN
CITY PROJECT NO. 012
WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 has been prepared providing for the following:
Adjust estimated quantities to final quantities. Add leveling course to
patches along County Road 9. Add 75 days to contract completion date.
AND WHEREAS, Change Order No. 4 for County Road 9/County Road 101 Trunk Watermain, City
Project No. 012 is recommended for approval;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA; that Change Order No. 4 for County Road 9/County Road 101 Trunk Watermain,
City Project No. 012 by adding $35,349.20 is recommended for approval
Original Contract Amount $474,641.85
Previous Change Orders - ADD 45,469.15
THIS CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 - ADD 35.349.20
REVISED CONTRACT AMOUNT..........
$555,460.20
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Berg=, CoLmcilmemhers Helliwell and R;rkt-r ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
