Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a rep 1ar meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5t}l day of
August , 1991. The following memberswere present:
Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vas
iliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Helliwell introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-457
APPROVING ADOPTION OF CAPITAL IMPROVEMENTS PROGRAM
1991 - 1995
WHEREAS, the City Council has developed a Capital Improvements Program for the
year 1991 through 1995; and
WHEREAS, said proposed program has been reviewed by the Planning Commission as
to consistency with all local comprehensive plans; and
WHEREAS, said proposed program has been reviewed by the public at a public
hearing conducted on September 12, 1990.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That the Capital Improvements Program for the year 1991
through 1995, attached to the August 1, 1991 memorandum from Fred Moore,
Director of Public Works is hereby adopted as the official Capital
Improvements program for the City of Plymouth.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, ,
_Vasilinu, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
