Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the Sth day of August
1991. The following members were present: Mayor Ber an- Councilmembers Helliwell
Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Co:mcilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-456
AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT WORKSHEET (EAW)
SCHMIDT LAKE ROAD FROM I-494 TO VICKSBURG LANE
CITY PROJECT NO. 907
WHEREAS, the City is considering the construction of a watermain along the future
alignment of Schmidt Lake Road; and
WHEREAS, the final roadway alignment needs to be established before construction plans
can be completed; and
WHEREAS, the City has completed a street alignment study for proposed Schmidt Lake
Road; and
WHEREAS, an EAW may be required at the time the road construction is proposed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the preparation of an EAW for Schmidt Lake Road from I-494 to
Vicksburg Lane is ordered.
FURTHER, that Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and Associates, Inc. be designated as the
engineer to prepare the EAW.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou, `
and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
