Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a _ee:lar , meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of Aueust ,
1991. The following members were present: Manor Beromn, Councilmembers Helliwell. ,
Rirkar, Vacilinu, and 7itur
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-454
REVISING CONSTRUCTION COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT
COUNTY ROAD 6
FERNBROOK LANE TO COUNTY ROAD 101
COUNTY PROJECT NO. 8642
CITY PROJECT NO. 829
WHEREAS, the City Council has previously approved Supplemental Agreement No's 1, 2, 3,
and 4 for County Project No. 8642 and City Project No. 829; and
WHEREAS, the project engineer and the city engineer have agreed that additional rip -
rap, guardrail and ornamental railing is necessary for the safety of pedestrians and
bikers along the Parkers Lake Trail near the 96 inch storm sewer outfall pipe to
Parkers Lake; and
WHEREAS, the contractor has agreed to perform the work in accordance with the terms and
conditions set forth in proposed Supplemental Agreement No. 5.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That Supplemental Agreement No. 5 for County Project No. 8642 and City
Project No. 829 is approved in the City's estimated cost share as contained within the
agreement is revised from $1,227,105.06 to $1,230,375.06.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cn mrilmemher Helliwell , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Beronan, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker, Vasiliou,
and 7itur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
