Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 5th day of
August , 1991. The following members were present: ,

The following members were absent: Naze

its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-453
RESOLUTION FOR HEARING ON PROPOSED ASSESSMENT
CITY PROJECT NO. 912
HARBOR LANE
WHEREAS, by a resolution passed by the Council on August 5, 1991, the City
Clerk was directed to prepare a proposed assessment of the total cost of the
following improvements:
Harbor Lane - Gleason Lake Drive to 7th Avenue North
by the installation of sanitary sewer and water services, storm sewer,
bituminous street with concrete curb and gutter and all necessary
appurtenances; and
WHEREAS, the Clerk has notified the Council that such proposed assessment has
been completed and filed in the off.ce of the City Clerk for public
inspection;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA:
1. A hearing shall be held on the 4th day of September 1991 in the City
Council Chambers of the Plymouth City Center, 3400 Plymouth Boulevard,
Plymouth, Minnesota at 7:00 p.m. to pass upon such proposed assessment and
at such time and place all persons owning property affected by such
improvement will be given an opportunity to be heard with reference to
such assessment.
2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to cause a notice of the hearing on the
proposed assessment to be published once in the official newspaper at
least two weeks prior to the hearing and shall state in the notice the
total cost of the improvement. The Clerk shall also cause mailed notice
to be given to the owner of each parcel described in the assessment roll.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Councilmember Helliwell , and upon vote beingaken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker,
Vasj 1 inu, and 7.i tur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
