Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the Sth day of
August , 1991. The following members were present: ,
Mayor_Bergman. Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker Va ilio::_ and Zitur ,
The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved
its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91- 4SO
ORDERING PUBLIC HEARING ON THE PROPOSED VACATION OF
A PORTION OF XENIUM LANE RIGHT-OF-WAY WITHIN
WESTMINSTER ADDITION
WHEREAS, pursuant to M.S.A. 412.851, Gail and Patricia Curran have petitioned
the City Council for the vacation of a portion of the following street right-
of-way within Westminster Addition:
That part of Xenium Lane from the west plat line of Westminster
Addition to a line 60 feet southwest and parallel with the
southwest right-of-way line of 30th Avenue North extended as
platted in Westminster Addition, Hennepin County, MN according to
the recorded plat thereof.
AND, WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said request and found the same
to be in order;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA: That it should, and hereby does, establish the date of
September 4, 1991 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers, Plymouth City Center,
3400 Plymouth Boulevard, as the time and place for the public hearing of said
petition and directs the administrative staff to publish notice of said
hearing as provided by law.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
Cotmcilmember Hel liwelI , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Berooan= Counci_1_members He] liwelI, Ricker,
_Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
