Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re gLi I ar meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was FeTd Fon the 5th day
Of August , 19 91 The following members were present:
Mavor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker Vasiliou and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
CoLmcil_member Zitur introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91-440
AUTHORIZING RELEASE OF SITE PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE FOR NEW VENTURES CHRISTIAN
CHURCH (88086).
WHEREAS, a Site Plan for New Ventures Christian Church located at 16000 41st
Avenue North was approved under City Council Resolution 88-687; and,
WHEREAS, the developer submitted the required Site Performance Guarantee in
the form of a letter of credit in the amount of $85,490; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, under resolution 90-552, authorized the division of
a letter of credit into two parts, one exclusively for landscaping; and,
WHEREAS, the City Council, under Resolution 90-673, authorized the release of
a letter of credit number 11599 covering site improvements; and,
WHEREAS, upon notice from the developer, City staff has inspected said site
and recommends release of the financial guarantee;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does authorize the release of
the letter of credit number 11598 covering landscaping improvements in the
amount of $10,000, which was submitted to guarantee site improvements for New
Ventures Christian Church.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Cpj=i1wmber Helliwell and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Mg)or Bergman, Coj=ilmembers
Helliwell Ricker Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
