4 RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT
AND
CALLING FOR PUBLIC NEARING
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
Village Council of the Village of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 20th
day of October, 1969. The following members were present: Councilmen
Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. The following members were absent: Mayor Hilde,
j` Councilman Kindseth.

Councilman Hintz introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 69-392
'! WHEREAS, a report has been given by the Village Engineer to the
E;
! Village Council on urtober 6, 1969, recommending the: Storm Sewer, Project
l #69-2D of the following 4treets, to -wit: Central Plymouth
NOW THEREFORE, BE KESOLVED BY THE VILLAGE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF
PLYMOUTH:
"I. The C.,uncil will consider the aforesaid tdW"ement
in accordance with the report and the assessment of
property, abutting pr within said boundaries for all
or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant
to M.S.A. Sec. 429.011 to 429.111, at an estimated
total cost of the improvement as shown.
2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed im-
provement on the 17th day of November, 1969, at the
Village Hall, in the Village of Plymouth at 7:30
o'clock P.M. The Village Council shall give published
notice of such hearing and improvement as required by
law."
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly
seconded by Councilman Johnson and upon vote being taken thereon, the
voted in favor thereof: Councilman Humphrey, Hintz and Johnson. The
voted against: None
