Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 5th day of
August r 1991 . The following members were
present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell Ricker Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: None
Mayor Bergman introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 91-423
APPROVING CONCEPT PLAN FOR SHILOH PARK
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and
recommended approval of the concept plan for the Shiloh park, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Park and Recreation has reviewed and recommended
approval of the proposed concept plan, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said concept plans,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the concept plan for Shiloh Park, as presented at
the August 5 Council meeting is hereby approved, and further the consultant is
directed to begin final plans and specifications for said project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly esoonded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Helliwell, Ricker,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
