Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on Sth day of
August 1 19 91 . The following members were

The following members were absent: None
Councilmemher Helliw.11introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 91- 422
APPROVING CONCEPT PLAN FOR GLEANLOCH PARK
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and
recommended approval of the concept plan for the Gleanloch park, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Park and Recreation has reviewed and recommended
approval of the proposed concept plan, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said concept plans,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the concept plan for Gleanloch Park, as presented at
the August 5 Council meeting is hereby approved, and further the co-sultant is
directed to begin final plans and specifications for said project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
_Councilmember Zitur and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
