Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on _5th_ day of

The following members were absent: None
Councilmember Ricker introduced tree following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 91-421
APPROVING CONCEPT PLAN FOR 10TH AVENUE PARK
WHEREAS, the Park and Recreation Advisory Commission has reviewed and
recommended approval of the concept plan for the 10th Avenw+ park, and
WHEREAS, the Director of Park and Recreation has reviewer: recommended
approval of the proposed concept plan, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed said concept plans,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the concept plan for 10th Avenue Park, as presented
at the August 5 Council meeting is hereby approved, and further the consultant
is directed to begin final plans and specifications for said project.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly eeooncied by
Councilmember H.11iw.11, and upon Vote being taken thereon, the following

Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adoptea.
