Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on 22nd day of
July 1991 . The following members were
present: Mayor Berman, Councilmembers Ricker Vasiliou, and Zitux
The following members were absent; Councilmember Heiliweli
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption.
RESOLUTION NO. 91-420
AUTHORIZING BIDDING OF '^91 TRAIL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS
WHEREAS, the City's consulting engineer Strgar-Roscoe-Fausch, has prepared the
1991 trail improvement projects in accordance with City Council direction, and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer and Director of Parks and Recreation have reviewed
said plans and specifications and find them in conformance with City
guidelines,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that the Director of Parks and Recreation is to proceed
to solicit bids for the 1991 trail improvement projects in accordance with
City policy, and further, that funding for these projects will be as follows:
:MSA Funds $319,991.84
:Park Dedication $93,410.71
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded by
courIcilmembpr Vasilirn� and upon vote being taken thereon, the following
voted in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman. Councilmembers Ricker, Vasiliou.
and Zitur
