Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held on the
22nd day of July , 1991. The following members were
present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur
The follow ng members were absent: Counci_lmember He11 iWrell
Councibrember Zitur introduced the following resolution
and moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-419
WHEREAS, the City has received an application for a temporary 3.2
liquor license from the Plymouth Lions Club for a softball
tournament at Zachary Park on August 16-18, and
WHEREAS, all required fees and certificates of insurance have
been received.
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Plymouth that a temporary 3.2 liquor license is hereby issued to
the Plymouth Lions Club for a softball tournament at Zachary Park
on August 16-18, 1991.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly
seconded by Councilmember Vasiliou, and upon vote being taken
thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: mor Bergman.
Councilmwmbers . _ Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur. The
following voted against or abstained: one Whereupon
the resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
