Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of TnIg
1991. The following members were present: Mayor Bergman, Councilmen ers Ricker, ,
Vasiliou. and Zitur
The following members were absent: CounrilmPmhPr HelIiwPlI
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-445
APPROVAL OF SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT
CITY PROJECT NO. 948
PARCEL 2
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has negotiated a settlement agreement for the necessary
easements for City Project No. 948 with respect to Parcel No. 2 (Begin parcel); and
WHEREAS, the property owner has agreed to a settlement in a total amount of $8,200;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the Mayor and City Manager are authorized to enter into the settlement
agreement for said parcel in the amount of $8,200.
The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly se.:onded by
Cotmeilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor BergMaa, Councilmemhers Ricker. Vasiliou, and 2itur ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
