Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Plymouth, Minnesota was held on the 22nd day of _ Jul
1991. The following members were present: Mayor Berman. Councilmen ers Ricker,.__,
Vasiliou, and Zitur
The following members were absent: Councilmember Helliwell
Councilmember Zitur introduced the following Resolution and moved its
adoption:
RESOLUTION NO. 91-414
RESPREAD OF REDUCED SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS
LEVY NO. 9715
WHEREAS, the owners of certain parcels appealed the special assessment and the City
Attorney and the property owner have reached an agreement on a settlement of a 5Z
reduction on special assessments; and
WHEREAS, the property owners of said appeal shall rE eive a refund of the overpayment,
calculated from the original assessment amount and the 5Z reduction amount; and
WHEREAS, the revised amounts will be spread over the remaining terms of the levy;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLYMOUTH,
MINNESOTA: That the following amounts be paid over the remaining 14 years of the Levy.

The motion for the adoption of the foregoing Resolution was dul, Seconded by
Councilmember Ricker , and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted
in favor thereof: Mayor Bergman, Councilmembers Ricker, Vasiliou, and Zitur ,
The following voted against or abstained: None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
