Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a re lar meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was held --on the 22nd day
of July 19 91 The following members were present:
Rick r. Vasiliou Zitur. Berman
The following members were absent: Helliwell
Councilmember Ricker introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91- 401
SETTING CONDITIONS TO BE MET PRIOR TO FILING OF AND RELATED TO LOT DIVISION
FOR PRIEM HOMES, INC. (91056)
WHEREAS, the City Council has approved a Lot Division for Priem Homes, Inc.
located at 13615 and 13617 -5th Avenue North;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does direct the following
conditions to be met prior to recording of, and related to said lot division:
I. Compliance with the City Engineer's Memorandum.
2. No yard setback variances are granted or implied.
3. Compliance with Policy Resolution 79-80 regarding minimum floor elevations
for new structures on sites adjacent to, or containing open storm water
drainage facilities.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Vasiliou and upon vote being taken thereon,
the foll6w5g voted in favor thereof: Ricker, Vasiliou, Zitur, Bergman
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
