Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Plymouth, Minnesota, was he d on the 22nd day
of July 19 91 The following members were present:
Ricker, 'Vasiliou, 'itur, Bergman
ollowing members were absent: lielliwell
Councilmember Ricker _ introduced the following Resolution and
moved its adoption:
RESOLUTION 91-400
APPROVING LOT DIVISION FOR PRIEM HOMES, INC. (91056)
WHEREAS, Priem Homes, Inc. has requested approval for a lot division for the
creation of two lots of 9,267 and 9,250 square feet respectively located at
13615 and 13617 -5th Avenue North; and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
PLYMOUTH, MINNESOTA, that it should and hereby does approve the lot division
for Priem Homes, Inc. for property located at 13615 and 13617 -5th Avenue
North.
EXISTING LEGAL DESCRIPTIONS
Lot 2, Block 4, CARLSON CENTER THIRD ADDITION, according to the recorded
plat thereof, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
To be divided and consolidated as follows:
PARM A
The West 58.61 feet of Lot 2, Block 4, CARLSON CENTER THIRD ADDITION, as
measured at right angles to the West line thereof. According to the plat
thereof on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder in and
for Hennepin County, Minnesota.
PARCEL B
That part of Lot 2, Block 4, CARLSON CENTER THIRD ADDITION, lying East of
the West 58.61 feet as measured at right angles to the West line thereof.
According to the plat thereof on file and of record in the office of the
County Recorder in and for Hennepin County, Minnesota.
FURTHER, that the City Manager be authorized to make the necessary special
assessment corrections based upon City Policy when the division is approved by
Hennepin County.
The motion for adoption of the foregoing Resolution was duly seconded
by Councilmember Vasiliou , and upon vote being taken thereon,
the following voted in favor thereof: Ritker, Vasiliou, Zitur, Bergman
The following voted against or abstained None
Whereupon the Resolution was declared duly passed and adopte
